The present contribution focuses on the receptor driven endocytosis typical of viral entry into a cell. process is characterized by local increase in density necessary to establish contact between cell and virus. While receptors virus are fixed its surface, able move over membrane, which leads change their concentration. In model developed, motion described diffusion equation along with two boundary conditions. conditions represent balance fluxes at front area, where velocity assumed be proportional gradient chemical potential, energy behind before front, causing fronts movement. provides basis incorporate different phenomena such as for example cooperativity.
